The Terms and conditions

Not many Removals  terms -All initial quotes given are for 1 man & van with the assistance of customer loading van within a reasonable timescale & the van being parked outside the collection area - if the driver does   the full job with minimal customer assistance we will charge an appropriate rate suited to the extra time & labour taken for the job!!!

If you need more than 1 Removals Driver /porter assistant- please ask, this is more suited to larger jobs or if due to one reason or another the customer isn’t capable of lifting/assisting -make sure you tell us if you can’t assist...

 

General terms

 

  • Make sure you are fit & ready to move Home @ time requested!
  • Please have everything suitably packed well before our arrival
  • If volume/goods exceed your original quote- we will charge more!
  • Anything to be dismantled by customer is dismantled.
  • Fragile items clearly marked & packed appropriately
  • Make sure your friends are on time if they are helping load van.
  • Removal quote is not for our unlimited time (no matter how pleasurable)
  • Please have cheque/cash payments ready on completion of job
  • Cheques payable to van & man hire or named driver /helper
